Q: Can I personalize my cards on my home printer?
A: No. The glossy coating on the cards is not compatible with laser or ink jet printers for two reasons.
#1 The heat from your printer may cause the glossy coating to melt.
#2 The glossy coating does not allow your printer's feed rollers to grip the paper properly and may cause your printer to jam.
Q:Do you offer quantity discounts?
A:A 20% discount is offered on orders of over 100 cards of one design or 50 or more bookmarks, magnets, and journals (personalized cards are excluded form this offer).
Please inquire with specifics about discounts.
Q:How long does it take to get my order?
A:Our production time is now faster than ever! All UPS Ground shipments will arrive within 5-8 business days. Personalized orders will be delivered 12-15 business days after your proof approval date.
For rush orders, please email us in advance.
Q:Do you ship overseas?
A:Sorry, at this time we only ship domestic orders.
Q:Can I return or exchange my personalized notes or labels?
A:All of our notes are custom designed, and we do not accept returns on personalized items. Naturally, if there is a typographical error on our part, we will gladly exchange your notes so that they correctly reflect your order.
Q:When will you have products for my organization?
A:We design all of our items, so if you would like to see something featuring your organization, just let us know. We will gladly design something for you. Our Zeta Phi Beta line is rapidly expanding and Sigma Gamma Rho items are coming soon.
Q:If I buy Personalized Notes, can I use the design?
A:Unfortunately you cannot use our note card designs for any purpose.
Purchasing a note card does not entitle you to reproduce any part or portion of the note card design. All designs are protected by copyright law and we do not extend these rights under any circumstances. Thank you respecting these rights.
Q:Can I get a color that is used in a different design?
A:Sure, we are happy to customize your card design to suit your taste. The personalized card minimums and prices apply for customized orders.

A:Probably not, because every set is designed individually. A proof of your card will be emailed to you for approval before the printing process begins.
